The wearablelaserwrap.com website is 100% owned and operated by Spectra Therapy, LLC. (The Company) All orders placed through wearablelaserwrap.com, SpectraTherapy.com, over the phone or with a sales representative of Spectra Therapy are subject to the policies below.

Money Back Return Policy

Wearable LASERwrap® systems purchased directly from wearablelaserwrap.com, SpectraTherapy.com or the Company, are covered by a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Shipping charges are not refundable along with a 10% restocking return fee.

All orders placed through wearablelaserwrap.com, SpectraTherapy.com, over the phone or with a sales representative of Spectra Therapy are eligible for the 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Orders purchased through our distributors must be returned to the place of purchase.

Prior to contacting us for return processing, we request that you revisit the suggested guidelines for use. If the suggested guidelines are followed, we are confident that you will not want to return your system. The most effective results are achieved by using the wraps two to four hours per day for a minimum of the first three to five days or wearing the wraps while sleeping. Depending on the condition(s) being treated, the daily use may be reduced and extended as needed. Continuous daily use may be necessary for chronic conditions.

To be eligible for a refund, all returns have a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) and must be received by us by the 60th day after delivery. Please use the contact us option on this website or call us at (248) 524-6300 for an RMA number.

Returned systems must be in original condition, and include all wraps, accessories and paperwork. If the device, wraps or accessories have been damaged or tampered with, the product will not be accepted for return and refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may use the carrier of their choice for return shipping but we strongly advise customers to use a traceable shipping method for their own protection.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Debit Cards, Pay with Amazon, United States Postal Service Money Orders and wire transfers. If using a debit card it is recommended that you contact your card issuer to verify that the daily or per transaction limits are sufficient. Please contact us directly for all purchase order inquiries.

Financing Options

Pricing

All prices published by wearablelaserwrap.com and Spectra Therapy are US Dollars (USD) and all orders are payable in USD. There may be foreign transactions fees for charges drawn on international accounts. These fees are not charged by wearablelaserwrap.com or Spectra Therapy and may be in addition to the grand total of the order. International shipments are typically subject to local import duties and taxes.

Prices and the availability of products are subject to change at any time. Coupons and special promotions may be offered at any time and may be subject to place and time of purchase with expiration dates.

Standard and express shipping options are available and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specifically noted. Shipping charges and foreign transaction fees are non-refundable. Import duties and taxes may not be refundable depending on the country of imports local regulations.

We will make our best effort to publish prices correctly; however some item prices may be posted in error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that was incorrectly priced.

How to Place an Order

International Orders

Spectra Therapy can accept and ship orders globally. Please note that due to restrictions in some countries we may be unable to ship. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). International shipments are typically subject to local import duties and taxes and we are required by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and Spectra Therapy cannot offer specific advice on any customs related fees that may be assessed. For specific information, please contact your local government customs and import office. There may also be foreign transactions fees for charges drawn on international accounts. These fees are not charged by Spectra Therapy and may be in addition to the total order.

Taxes

Spectra Therapy will automatically charge applicable sales tax for orders placed from or delivered to an address in the State of Michigan. All international orders are subject to the local taxes and import duties of each respective country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Verification

All orders are subject to a verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security and fraud protection reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order. Please make sure the billing address, phone number and shipping address are accurate and match what your credit or debit card issuer has on file. Incorrect information may cause a delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship your order within 2 to 3 days of it being received and we are able to verify the address and payment process. However, some situations may occur that may result in a 3-5 business day delay. If any items in your order are out of stock, your order will ship when all products are available. Upon shipment, the estimated time of arrival is based on the selected shipping method and the carrier’s local delivery guidelines. Tracking information will be sent shortly after orders ship.

Non-Deliverable Addresses

Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes via UPS or Federal Express. United States Postal Service Priority will be used for shipping for orders placed with a P.O. Box address.

Delivery Attempts

We do not require a signature for delivery for residential delivery. However, a signature may be required for most commercial and multi-family complexes. The shipping courier will make the number of attempts per their company policies and will typically leave a note notifying you of the attempt. Most carriers will allow you to pick up the package at a local customer center or to arrange for another delivery by calling them or going online. If the package is deemed undeliverable, the carrier may return the product to us. We will attempt to contact your for further instructions. In order for a credit to be applied to your account, we will need you to provide your payment information and your authorization.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Items

If the shipping courier confirms delivery to the appropriate delivery address, Spectra Therapy or the carrier are no longer responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that packages are left in a safe and secure location if the signature required is not selected at the time of ordering to protect against theft.

Warranty

Spectra Therapy, LLC guarantees that the Spectra Therapy A-100 IMPULSE Laser unit will operate in the manner described on this site and in the Users’ Manual for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, when used and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company. Previously used laser units are warranted for nine months from date of purchase. Defects or damage to the laser unit due to misuse or abuse are not covered by this warranty. Please have this warranty information available, along with the date of purchase. Wraps and pads, which are consumables, are excluded from the 12 month warranty.

The Company shall not be liable in any manner in respect to bodily injury and/or property damage arising from the use of the Spectra Therapy LLLT, where such use is not in strict compliance with the instructions and safety precautions contained in the Spectra Therapy LLLT Users’ Manual and this website, including all supplements thereto, in all product labels, and according to the terms of warranty and safety of this equipment, nor if any changes unauthorized by the Company are made to the Spectra Therapy LLLT.

This warranty does not cover any malfunction or failure of the product caused by product misuse, including, but not limited to, dropping the unit, using chargers or power cords not provided by Spectra Therapy and failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance or any use that is inconsistent with the Users’ Manual. In addition, the warranty is void for any of the following reasons:

  • Replacement parts or labor furnished by anyone other than the Company or a certified Company service technician voids warranty.
  • Defects or damage caused by labor furnished by someone other than Company, or a certified Company service technician voids the warranty. Company shall not be liable in any event for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  • The product is purchased from an unauthorized distributor.

To obtain service under warranty:

  1. A written claim must be made within the warranty period to the Company or the selling dealer. Written claims made to the Company should be sent to: service@spectratherapy.com or call (248) 524-6300 to receive an RMA number and Return Form prior to returning the unit.
  2. The product must be returned to Spectra Therapy directly by the owner to an address provided at time of issuing the RMA. All repairs have a 90 day warranty. The original 12 month warranty may be extended depending on the date of the warranty repair.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or location to location. The Company does not authorize any person or representative to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of the Product. Any representation or agreement not contained in the warranty shall be void.

Extended warranty and product protection plans are available for purchase directly from Spectra Therapy on this website.

To obtain service after the expiration of the warranty period please follow the same procedures as under warranty in numbers 1 and 2 above.
